Accessibility Statement

MERKURI aims to make its corporate website and Event Hubs usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including disabled users.

Our implementation target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a technical accessibility baseline. This statement does not claim that automated testing alone proves legal compliance or that every third-party destination is accessible.

7.1 What users should be able to do

• navigate core content using a keyboard;
• use visible focus indicators;
• zoom and reflow content without avoidable horizontal scrolling at supported widths;
• use appropriate headings, labels and alternative text;
• operate analytics choices without a mouse;
• access a reduced-motion or non-WebGL fallback where the interactive 3D experience cannot be used.

7.2 Third-party content

Some partner websites, external PDFs or third-party services are outside MERKURI's direct control. We will identify material accessibility issues we become aware of and, where reasonable, provide an alternative route or work with the relevant provider.
